Reporting Alleged Unlawful Conduct

In order to fulfil the duty placed upon the Road Transport Inspection (INSID) via Act No. 171/2023 Sb., the Whistleblower Protection Act, an internal reporting system has been established for lodging and assessing reports by natural persons including information on alleged unlawful conduct constituting a criminal or administrative offence, or breaching European Union law, which has come to the attention of the whistleblower in connection with work or other activities carried out for INSID.

INSID has designated Kamila Chovancová as a person responsible for receipt and resolution of the reports pursuant to the Whistleblower Protection Act. The responsible person’s contact e-mail is: podnety@insid.gov.cz.

Written reports are to be sent to the e-mail address mentioned above. Reports in paper form are to be sent via post to the address nábřeží Ludvíka Svobody 1222/12, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1. On the envelope, “NEOTEVÍRAT – OZNÁMENÍ WB” must be stated.

Verbal reports are to be submitted at the telephone number mentioned above, or alternatively in person upon prior appointment with the responsible person.

INSID does not preclude the receipt of reports from persons who do not perform work or other similar activity for INSID pursuant to Sec. 2(3)(a), (b), (h), (i) of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
